Apprenticeship Summary

This position is for a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice who will be supporting 22 Bishopsgate and its tenants. The candidate will need to deal with the admin side of the contract including HR, payroll, finance, reports, waste, consumables and health and safety.

Client administration

  • Monthly reports

  • Meeting room bookings
  • Meeting minutes
  • Presentations/refreshments/tenders/contracts
  • Client liaison
  • Arranging client events
  • KPIs

Finance

  • Maintaining financial records
  • Invoicing
  • Chasing POs
  • Expenses

Waste

  • Occupier waste reports
  • Logging confidential waste bookings

Consumables

  • Consumable reconciliations

H&S

  • Maintaining RAMS/COSHH

Requirements and Prospects

The ideal candidate is extremely organised with the ability to work autonomously, can multitask and prioritise whilst meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the individual is resilient with a highly positive attitude and can demonstrate a proactive approach. An energetic and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Essential requirements and skills

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Level 2 Maths and English 
  • Working understanding of Microsoft and Google applications is desirable
  • Strong time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • General understanding of health and safety regulations

Further Information

There will be long periods of work on a computer to create and update reports. The job is office-based. You will need to be resilient with a highly positive attitude, demonstrate a proactive approach and be an energetic and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
