You will learn basic kitchen skills and in addition learn about food hygiene, health and safety, storage and cleaning.
During this Apprenticeship, you will assist the chef with food prep ranging from basic veg prep to meat and fish, pastry and making bread. As they are a small business you will be very hands-on and will get to see a large variety of jobs, processes and cooking techniques.
Indulge Dining is a business created by Andy Bowler, who has over 10 years of experience working for Michelin-starred chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Simon Rogan and Michel Roux Jr.
Indulge Dining produces fine dining meal kits, which get delivered to your home so you can enjoy a restaurant-quality meal, in the comfort of your home. You will help Indulge Dining by following their instructions and photos to plate their dishes like a pro.
In addition, they provide private dining and events such as canape and bowl food parties, corporate dinners and weddings where they create bespoke menus for each event to deliver a unique dining experience.
The ethos behind Indulge Dining's food is using mainly British and European ingredients to create flavour-driven and well-presented food. They make everything in-house so you will see the full process from ordering to completion.
Remember you will be on your feet all day! You will be working in a busy and challenging kitchen. You will work a rota which may require you to work weekends and evenings.
