This free 9-week course will help you to build your confidence in a supportive environment and land your first job in IT Support with the tools to progress into in-demand and high paying roles.
What jobs could I do after completing the programme?
This programme trains you to become a IT Support Analyst – other job titles of recent graduates include Helpdesk Analyst and Technical Analyst.
If you choose to go onto specialise in Cyber Security, with more training you could progress to roles including Cyber Security Analyst and Penetration Tester within 5 years of starting your career in IT Support.
We are looking for learners who:
This course will take place every Monday to Friday for 9 weeks. It is a selective course and is only available to under-35s. When you make a booking, you will be sent an Eligibility Form to determine if you are eligible to apply for this course.
If you are eligible, you will then be sent an Application Form and instructions to complete your enrolment. You will also be able to book your slot for an informal interview and discussion. Interviews will take place on 13 August, 22 August and 4 September.
Successful interview candidates will then be invited to join this exciting course which ends with connections to employers with live vacancies and employability support such as CV writing and mock interviews

You will need to be eligible to study in the UK. Upon enrolment, you will be asked to upload residency and income documents for college funding purposes.
This programme is open to anyone between the ages of 19-35 who is living in London and currently unemployed, low income or working on a zero-hours contract.
You don’t need any qualifications or experience to apply and we encourage applications from groups under-represented in the tech industry – particularly women and those without university degrees.
